I was wondering if anyone uses this? I've been prescribed it at 5mg to help with muscle rigidity resulting from the Abilify I am currently taking. Just using it as needed.

I'd noticed I tend to get a dry mouth, which is a listed side effect but I've also been getting a headache sometimes too. Has anyone else found this?

Is there a way to take it to minimize this? I'm properly hydrated so I don't think it's a case of dehydration.
