So I haven't been taking my supplements since that concerta incident. My concerta has been increased to 72mg. I'll start taking my supplements again tomorrow and my next concerta script next week I'll take as prescribed

I like DXM though to boost my mood in small 250mg doses but I'll try not to. My mom told the liquor store not to serve me anymore so I was kind of going towards that.
