Thanks for this post. Sometimes I eat very little during the day just because I'm tempted to cut down on what I'm eating so I can lose weight, but then the same thing happens to me, where I get really, really ravenous and there's no way I can make any healthy decisions about food. The problem is it takes so much planning to eat well and I'm not used to it. Sometimes it starts feeling overwhelming.
I'm sorry about lunch being lonely. I usually bring a book with me when I think I might be eating by myself. I'm really sorry about lunch.
