I recommend seeing a mental health care professional and talk about your symptoms and see if you have a certain diagnosis
I am 34 and recently found out that I (after a few years of worsening anxiety and depression) actually have ADHD. I manage my symptoms with medication. It's been awesome, a life turn around so far.
However, getting a proper diagnose can be really important. And then you can receive medication, or also get help without medication since it can improve your life by knowing why you function in a certain way and then make some lifestyle changes and/or learn to adapt to certain situations
