Don't blame you. Honesty and transparency are largely absent from therapy work. None of the things discussed between professionals should be kept secret from clients. None of the topics related to psychology and psychotherapy should be a taboo for a public discussion. Secrecy breeds illness, not health, and the profession that claims to be a combination of a healing art and science should be more transparent about its theories and methods than any other profession.
