I'm sorry that as a child you never received positive affirmations that you, or all children, really do deserve. It can cause long term repercussions.
If you feel worthless 99% of the time, might I ask what it is that you can do 1% of the time where you don't feel this way?
I'm wondering what kind of support system you have in place. Who is there for you? We all need someone, even if it's a T that can help us through these issues.
I don't think that what you are feeling is necessarily a "forever" feeling. I think that there are some aspects you may be able to heal in with assistance.
Be well.

I don't have much of a support system. My boyfriend and ex-husband don't get it, and my T is so busy I only get to see her every three weeks. She wants to work on my self esteem, but it's hard when I so rarely see her.
When I'm on an upswing, everything feels great, but right now I'm about as down as you can get. It's hard to remember that this won't last. It's impossible to think of anything positive about myself.
