Best thing is when you are not depressed (or less depressed) make a list of good things about you. Then hang it up somewhere. Then when it hits hard you can look at the list. You probably won't believe the list but looking at it over and over is helpful. Depression is hard, and this is one symptom that's really hard to deal with.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time and come out of it soon.
