yeah i've discovered its best to rotate conditioners. maybe i should try a shampoo rotation too...

the best deep conditioning treatment that i've found (for my hair) is kerastase. its expensive, but worth it IMHO. every hairdresser i know will rant and rant and rant about pantene but i used to to use pantene. and i still do occasionally. i got some tigi shampoo and conditioner and leave in moisturiser last time i went and they are working out well (especially the leave in). but need to haul out the old pantene once a week for a change. someone or other (a hairdresser) told me that schwartzkoff was about the best of the supermarket brands because it is salon technology. but you know i think drunksunflower is right that it really does depend on your hair and on how often you wash it and get it cut and stuff and really its about figuring out what works best for you.

i've been thinking about hair straighteners. i know the ceramic ones are best to get and salon quality preferably. uh... how come your hair is hard to grow? in all honesty i think i'm simply too unco-ordinated to style my hair.
