example Rainy decides she wants a meeting about buying a new stuffed animal for her to hold. she thinks/says I'm calling a meeting at 6 pm after dinner anyone that can hear me can attend, those that can hear me let the others that can hear them know. the meeting will be at the dining room table.

then the meeting is held.

Another example Thelma decides she wants to hold a meeting about the rule of no drinking alcohol. she thinks/says I want to hold a meeting about this anyone that can hear me can attend. if you know anyone else that can hear you let them know. the meeting will be in the bedroom at 9 pm....then the meeting is held..

anyone with in the system can call a meeting at any time with a date and time of the meeting and a topic for discussion. the on be facilitating the meeting is the one who called for the meeting since it is their wanting the meeting.

think if it like posting here on psych central, though we have one user name some alters contribute to the posting and threads too and sometimes its a certain alter that begins the discussion because they have a problem they want to talk about.
