Not really, but I guess it depends on the person. For me it was just irritating, but also somewhat laughable to see the stunning arrogance and ignorance of many bubbleheads who are convinced that their role is to put a medical-sounding label on every human experience and match it with the correct "treatment". What was more than irritating though is to see the online discussions of clients. I don't think this is something any client would appreciate. Of course, not everyone acted like that, but there were enough folks there with the obnoxious, arrogant attitude to make those forums really unpleasant.
On a side note, if I, as a professional, hadn't had the legitimate reason to be on those forums, as a client, I would have never tried to get there. I couldn't care less what my own therapists talked about with their colleagues.
