I see what you mean, and this wasn't probably the best example as during session we realized that I may be able to say no if someone else comes to harm, but I can't if I'm the one being harmed... like I don't have the right to protect myself, but at the same time I feel like I'm protecting myelf by obeying... I know this is really messed up, but I can't help it.
