other wise always have a piece of food near u that way if u feel something is about to come out shove the food in your moth so u can not talk

as for the comments at work depending on what was said u should think about signing up to one of the classes they offer ..........sexual abuse in work place/ hostile work place/ u know those things they make ppl go to before they fire them .........along with talk to the boss
because it is mental condition u have certain rights ..........odds of u getting fired over it is limited because it can open them up to a lawsuit from u .........just avoid the big no nos
