I am not sure. it is a highly individualized thing. I have never gotten anxiety from the SSNRI's. I am lucky and side effects always go away for me within a couple of weeks. I have gotten hypo manic on them but not anxiety. I hope it goes away for you. Usually things balance out as your body gets used to it.
