I've been there, so I want to let you know that it can turn around. Just hold on. I almost didn't but finally had a break through with new meds. Hang in there. Don't hide. Talk to friends, family, doctors and/or therapists, whatever it takes to get you through this depressive state. Hopefully is won't last too long.
