Hey all! Won't my T be surprised on Friday when I tell him I resigned at work today...see what 18 days between sessions does for me? Giggle.

In all seriousness, after three years of abusive behavior by her, lack of goals or a vision, virtually no support, guidance, direction etc. I'm done...

The sad part is I had a great talk with the VP of our area and he was shocked. He said he had just given me a great raise. He asked to talk to me directly and I laid it all out for him. He doesn't want to lose me and I don't want to go. I just can't be around her anymore...we'll see if today's discussion leads anywhere but I won't get my hopes up.

Okay, off to check the posts here. I can't be on much during the day right now for obvious reasons...but I'm thinking of everyone!
