So i had just gotten a new direct supervisor before this last hospitalization. I have been hospitalized in the past and my bosses are all aware and understanding of my condition.
Well since i came back this time my new supervisor has been treating me awful. She acts like i am an incompetent child who may turn psycho any second. I would say she is at the point of harassing me. I know this has everything to do with her finding out my diagnosis and the stress and anxiety she is causing me would probably be a HUGE trigger if not for the numbing effects of lithium lol
I dont know how to deal with it ahhhhhh
