I'm sorry you're going through this, Kat. It sounds like you have some significant stressors in your life right now, and I think that could definitely trigger some rapid cycling. Is your husband educated about bipolar disorder? If not is he willing to be? Can you talk to him about how his seemingly innocent question triggers you? If he loves you he should be willing to learn more about how to be supportive of you when things are rough. Financial difficulties are always hard on a relationship. But again, your husband needs to understand how your bipolar may have contributed to your job loss. Maybe you can do some volunteering so you feel more productive and don't have to be home all day? In any case I wish you all the best and am sending you some positive energy as you deal with this.
