Rainboekid, I'm sorry you're going through this. It might be a good idea to talk to an M.D. about this, get thoroughly tested for physical problems and to ask for a referral to a neurologist.
I've known other people who have experienced such states after head injuries, high fevers or illnesses like meningitis. Sometimes years after. Sometimes connections and nerve signals in the brain's temporal lobe can cause amazing sensations that make people feel at one with the world, as if they have a connection with the universe or god or all the people. It can sometimes feel like being psychic. Along with it can come mood storms that come on suddenly, unexplained feelings that arise from the brain but may not be related to anything going on in the moment in the external environment.
It's a confusing situation. All the symptoms could actually be emotional. But it's always a good idea to rule out physical causes for emotional states and problems because if the problem is physical, therapy may not be effective until the physical problem is treated.
If you've ever had any type of head injury be sure to tell your doctor and therapist. They can help you figure this out.
