. Hello dear Fosterdog and before anything I'd like to say a big warm WELCOM to PC and I'm Also glad that your search for help led you here ~ as indeed it did when I needed help (I still do!).
I'm soooo soooo sad and sorry that you've lost such a much loved member of you family. I take it very seriously when anyone looses their best friend/constant companion and playmate! Let's face it, on the whole they ask for little in return of their undevided loyality. As many people have said, it's very early days yet so best thing is to go with it, painful as it is. Yes, I'm sure you could get submerged in various "things" or whatever BUT it only defers the grief. Talk about your lost one abut the happy times, times which both you and Fosterdog enjoyed so much. One day, when the time is right, a doggie friend will find you. I'm a strong believer in that which another member stated, don't go a look in' for he'll find you! Hugs xx
