Coping with emotions is hard and self harm is a bad example of one. I finally broke the chain of self harm and I know it is tough. I'm sure if you keep trying you can break the chain too. That's not to say it's easy because it's not. We have to learn new coping skills to replace the self harming. Keep trying. I hope you can share with a counselor. It helps to get the feelings out.
