Best way to find a Dr. covered by your medical plan is to call Aetna and ask. If you want to try another primary doctor ask them for doctor's name in your area. They will look it up by zip code. You can also explain your symptoms to a nurse at your insurance company (if they employ a nurse hotline) and they can recommend a specialist. I don't think you are forced to go back to the same primary who didn't help you the first time.
