I had a bunch of tiny ones on my neck a few years ago. I know this sounds painful, but I cut mine off with nail clippers. It was a little pinch, but not bad. I read it in the Internet. I wouldn't recommend doing on any that are too big as they may bleed. All I can say is they have never come back and no scarring.
