I know exactly how you feel, and I understand. Believe me, there are people here and elsewhere who experience what you experience. I know it feels like you are alone (I feel that way too), but you are not alone.
Meds can be very helpful, but don't just rely on that. Be proactive and use every resource available to you. It's hard because sometimes you think you can't do it, but when you can find the inner-strength to take another step towards dealing with your anxiety disorder, the stronger you will be..
If you cling to anything,cling to hope. Never lose hope. There is so much research going on in anxiety and depression that there has to be light at the end of the tunnel. There's a lot that can help.
