Hey Kira,

Welcome to Psych Central. I'm new at using this site too, just joined yesterday. but what I can tell you is that I'm just barely being diagnosed with bipolar and it feels like i'm falling apart at times. I don't know what's going on with my mind or body and it feels like i'm just walking around aimlessly without direction or purpose. All i know is that there will always be a tomorrow. We don't know what's going to happen tomorrow or if it'll be better than today but it's there and it will come. Take each day with a grain of salt and be ready for the next day. It's a constant battle and i've come to terms that this is a war that myself and others have to fight every day for years. I can't promise that things will get better but the people at PC will be here to help make it bearable. If you ever need anybody to vent to know that I'm here.
