I've had troubles with motivation lately too.
I even had sessions with therapists on the importance of making and keeping a 'schedule' in the past but then I just mostly didn't do it...
Not sure if it could also be a side effect from decreasing meds, lately I just slept long and didn't bother to get up afterwards until really late, like after 11am. I find it difficult to go sleep in the evening, and to get up in the mornings. (Though I was fully awake at 5 am today, but figured 5 hours to be too little sleep... so I went back to sleep)
I'd like to get 'back on track' and be more productive in my life... I'll have physical therapy next week so that will sort of provide a schedule by itself (sort of dreading it a bit

)
Still waiting for the voc rehab (probably next year) though not really looking forward to that either.
I wish I could do more constructive things with my time...
