Im sorry your going through such a rough lousy time right now, So much happens and it takes time to sort stuff out and allow our bodies to recovery mentally and physically.
I would advise you to try not to even think what you may or may not have "diagnosis wise" or wondering when the next "whatever may hit.. "
Right now focus on working with your Doctors to treat the symptoms and hold off slapping a label on anything , just treat the symptoms, Learn coping skills, self soothing activities , Eat healthy, Sleep hygiene is so important, Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, use your Artistic abilities to distract you from the troubling thoughts.
Just focus on you and building yourself back up .
