Once when I was manic, quite a few years back at a private school, my class were doing community service. We went to the nature reserve and were supposed to be clearing rubbish from the side banks of the river. They were wearing white shirts as part of their school uniform.

I'm not really sure why but I looked at the dirty brown mud in the river and their white shirts and thought yeah I've got to get some of that muck on them.

I will never forget the look of the students face when I threw the first mud ball straight onto his white shirt.

It ended up with my entire class in the river having a mud fight. Whilst the rangers stood there gasping at us in despair.

When we walked back to school we were filthy. Mud in our hair, ears etc.

And the best part was the principal, who taught RE, saw my class the next lesson to teach them. I still remember walking out of the classroom, full of mud all over my clothes and him about to enter the classroom with this shocked look on his face.
