I am sorry you feel depressed. Why not talk to your pdoc about changing meds.
Or maybe before you do that you should try exercising, walking or yoga to get more energy going. I feel sad sometimes but after exercise I feel revitalized.
If you are really feeling bad enough to fall "from a great height." Don't wait, seek help immediately. If that is just a figure of speech, you should still seek help very soon. Depression is not something to ignore.
