I think that is what mothers are meant to do.... To royally "p" of their children. It happenes in all families.... Sure know it happenes in mine. I think u did the exact right thing. Take a deeeeeep breathe.... Clear your thoughts and then deal with the issue. Have you confronted your mom with your feelings? I went through the same thing and i confronted my mother... In a very calmly fashion... She was very understanding and now she watches her outbursts and what she says..... Almost like she is analyzing the situation to see if she really needs to act like a major jerk or not. Worked for me... Might help for u. Communication may be the key in this case.
