I have type 2 bipolar disorder and an anxiety disorder. I used to cut...not bad mostly just scratching just for a little release. Now I only cut maybe once every 2 years when I get in over my head. To replace cutting I started sleeping around. It became a coping skill. I can't go more than 2 days without it. I've been working really hard on not doing it but it's difficult. I've slept with a lot of people quite a few I don't even know their last names. And I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there's a way to get over it?
