The supplements that I take are mostly recommendations from "The Ultramind solution" by Mark Hyman and from Andrew Weil's books and web sites. I've listed the quantities and brands below. It seems like a lot, but much of it is in a multivitamin. My current diet is low carb, mostly plants, not quite vegetarian. In summary, I take a multivitamin, Omega 3, B vitamins, D, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, and various anti-oxidants.
