Hi Momentofclarity, I'm really sorry you're struggling and I know that things like that can feel so real, so close, so personal, it can make it feel like "your own reality"

But you know there can be ways to cope with, to "let go" of the feelings that's stirred for you.
So what do you think.............?? Maybe check out that actor/actress in other things (on youtube??) to free yourself of that image of them a bit?? Maybe remind, remind, remind yourself that it was a character and
every chance it wasn't even based on
anyone IRL??
And if seeing that "reality" doesn't help right now, maybe remind yourself that that was what happened to
them, that's where your thoughts are taking you, but it's
not you and
you have a chance to make things work out different,
SO differently. I don't know whether you may need professional help with that or not???? But
you have the chance!!!!!
But some other things you might want to try..........some distraction..........doing some activity you might be able to enjoy or that will absorb your attention............watching something a bit more "upbeat".............or even talking to someone "socially"?????
I do know it can be hard, but hang on in there, and we're here for you if you want to share those/
any thoughts/feelings. We care, and you really
do matter.
