I get that nerve pain is bad. I'm hoping that is not what I have. My muscles are very sore down my legs and hips and buttocks. Seems to matter what I do, but I can't just sit here. I'd like to be as active as I was this spring. Walking a fair bit.
I guess pain management isn't an option for you? Tolerance, I wouldn't want that either. Already tolerant to my sleep meds. I guess Aleve would be the best choice for me. I'm already not hungry because of the diabetes meds and anxiety, so I don't want the sore stomach I'm getting from Advil. Thanks for replying and I hope you get help. I hear ya.

I know what you mean. I can't fill my water filter for lifting it out of the fridge. Pain mgt is best put off for as many years as possible for me. Especially because this is progressing. Advil is bad and aleve has pain killer & anti-inflammatory. You mentioned anxiety. I'm under extreme stress right mow which is hurting my entire body. My pdoc is sending me to a chronic pain therapist.
