I'm sorry that you feel so disgusted by your weight.I have been where you are and I know how hard it is to take control of what you eat and to motivate yourself to exercise. You should see your doctor and maybe he can recommend a diet. Unfortunately you are the only one who can really help you, but know that you are not alone.
