I am going to start a journal on here and writing down what time I eat and what I am eating and how I am feeling and whatever else is on my mind .
I want to make myself publicly accountable for my actions .
Doing it privately only gives me excuses and I end up failing , and saying I will do it tomorrow . But tomorrow ended up nowhere .
If anyone want to join in they are welcome , if not then that is fine , but whatever I do write down please do not say it's not healthy or your not eating enough or your eating to much or so on ..
Remember this is a non judgement place . I want myself and other to feel free to put down and not be shame or scared what others will say . Write everything down , if you skip a meal or two write it down if you binge write it down if you threw up a meal write it down .
This will help you find out what triggers you to either eat to much or eat to less or not eat at all .
