When I'm having a difficult time, I also have the “almost passing out” spells when I'm in a enclosed store, like a grocery stores for that matters. What exactly do you mean about “cleaning out” I assume you mean by getting off of a medication? Yes medication withdraws does that to people. I cant help but to warn people about not taking tranquilizers (xanax,etc) because the withdraws is a ***** Yes it makes us feel good but theirs a catch on taking them.

The best way to slow down the anxiety level is to relax your mind. Take a hot/warn bath and just think of somewhere you'd like to be, like inside of a rain forest. If you're out in the open public, practice your breathing, by taking a deep breath and exhaling out the negative and inhaling the positive. Always think on the positive side, DO NOT think of anything negative or the anxiety will come right back, even become worst then what you already feeling.
