Hi Zayn,

In a way, you're in luck because the non-med treatments for depression work better than the meds. I would suggest that you try everything that's good for depression and that's healthy for you anyway. Exercise, meditation, improving your diet are all probably quite doable for you. For diet/supplements information I would suggest Mark Hyman and Andrew Weil on the internet as sources. I would suggest trying "SNAP CLUB"

These things have a very good chance of working. Once you start to feel better, it's good to socialize and be with healthy friends and family.

My other suggestion is that even if depression is a taboo subject, it could be a good idea to get a medical exam if you have access to a Medical Doctor. Sometimes purely medical issues or specific vitamin deficiencies can cause depression.

Isn't the internet great?

Tried your snap club thing , nothing , i do not have access to medical help , last time i tried to go back into excercising ended with me giving up after 10 minute.
If it was that easy for me to just get up and do those things i wouldnt be asking for help but its just not.
