It took a hospital stay and a radical change in my meds but I now am feeling much better and have hope for the future. I still have to watch out for my worrying. It tends to bring my mood down. I try to stay in the present and not look to far into the future or at the past. Hang in there. Keep coming here and getting the support offered. I hope you get relief soon.
