had another reasons for anxiety and crying today, but it's not even worth talking about anymore.. but I have another concern, is this possible that bad things trigger panic attack after some time even if I'll calm down and all? like I had some food, drank juice, and suddenly heavy, crushing feeling again,especially in my head.. also i have pain in muscles in arms and legs (can it be coz of anxiety too?) eh I feel like I'm falling apart..
