Hi cryingontheinside, I'm really sorry you're struggling so much right now

And I completely understand you must feel so weighed down. Brushing your hair sounds simple right?? And just a tiny fraction of what other people can easily do "day in day out", but sometimes it's
far from that with depression isn't it

But just remember you may not have brushed your hair yesterday..........in the last week.......and
maybe you won't manage it tomorrow.........next week........
but that's alright it
doesn't need to say that it you won't
get there, bit by bit. And hey, some of the other stuff you can't do right now, well it can wait too, can't it?? No rush

The main thing to focus on is working through the depression to the point where you can begin to start doing
some stuff, right?? Because it
can ease/get easier. Might take time, help, support, medication, might take different things
and hanging on in there until............
I know it really
isn't easy for you, but in amongst it all why not keep hanging with us, hey?? Because we understand we "get it" and we're here to support you.........and I'll tell you what,
we don't care if you've brushed your hair or not, we're going to value you
just as much
so let's work through/on it together, yes?
And if you want to talk more................

Alison
