I received mr ssdi letter regarding my choice of in person hearing or video teleconference on Sept. 19. Upon my attorney's advice, I chose the video teleconference to hellp speed the process along. The request for in person hearing statement was due Oct. 19. Any rough idea how long it should take between receiving that letter and the actual hearing date letter, and how long is the wait time between the hearing date letter and the actual hearing date?
