Hi touchingthestars. Sorry to hear you are struggling with hunger.
A friend did battle with hunger and ending up losing too much weight before she finally stabilized herself with small high protein snacks or meals every 3 hours. Without binging her stomach shrank and eventually tolerates less food.
Exercise and yoga helps free the energy so one can feel lighter and more connected to my body.
