Today I was speaking to my counselor about some of my delusions and my paranoid thoughts. She asked me about the things that I do to make sure that bad things don't happen. When I told her some of the things she started talking about OCD. She told me how I have a compulsion to do certain things or I get very anxious and when I preform the compulsion I feel less anxious and safe.
I am scared to think that I have OCD. I guess it's because there is now cure or medication for it. Just things to help the anxiety.
I just wanted to get this off my chest since it really concerned me.
