You probably would be better off seeing a psychiatrist if this is an ongoing issue. They comprehend how devastating it can be and treat you accordingly.

Thank you for the reply. I actually haven't gone since the first visit. Honestly, it keeps getting worse and worse. It's so incredibly hard. One moment I feel completely fine and and even hopeful about seeing someone and the next I feel the opposite.
