I understand. Actually in the United States it wasn't that many years ago that it was viewed the same way. It still is by a large portion of people. Luckily it has changed a lot. In the 50's and 60's and before people were locked in State Hospitals and forgot about. If you had bad depression a family member took you in and you just stayed isolated in that home and cared for. You didn't get a diagnosis or any help other than the family fed you and put a roof over your head.
Having good support is a very crucial part of treatment for any of this stuff. If you can't get that at home and in your culture i would rely heavily on this site and other support sites. Not looking for magic cures but for support from people who have the same problems. Support is a big part of treatment.

Yeah i know it will be hard doing it without meds therapy and all that , so im now saving up to buy a computer that way i can try the online therapy with a real therapist and make more use if this place and hopefully find a good person to help each other through these hard times.
