You won't be taking Trazodone with your morning coffee if you have that tray. And it is very tidy and even a bit aesthetic. I absolutely hated having the pill bottles clutter my kitchen counters, not just because of clutter per se, but because they were a constant reminder that I am sick. Now, I have a nice straw basket which is surprisingly soft and pliable (from Target) and I keep the medication bottles and supplement bottles in it. It fits inside a kitchen cabinet. Once a weak I fill the tray with pills and back into the cabinet the basket goes. I only see my medication bottles for 10 minutes a week. It has made a very positive change in my life. Note that I MUST take PM meds because otherwise I would not sleep. The morning meds are optional - if I skip Prozac for a day, nobody would notice a difference. So I have to be disciplined in the AM, which does not always happen (discipline is not the funnest thing around), but in the PM, I cannot possibly skip taking the meds because I would not fall asleep, period. So I took the supplements - vit D3, magnesium, etc. - and started putting them in the PM slot to make sure I would take the supplement.

I can post pictures of the basket and the tray and links to bigger trays at Walgreens, if you tell me how many times a day you are supposed to take pills.
I use and live by the trays.....I have two weekly trays with 4 slots, am, noon, pm, eve. I wound up taking that days eve, then DH gave me the next day and something made me think I needed to take meds from that too. And my hubs dispenses because I have thoughts of a permanent solution to a "temporary" problem. You know, the one that I will have for the rest of my life.

Like you evening meds make me sleep; but I also have mood stabilizer at night, then AD, Antianxiety and Thyroid meds in the morning. If I take them outside of normal time, I get messed up.....I can't sleep in, because then my meds are late and day is crap.

Can't stay up late, can't sleep late. I am not eating right, because it's like the one thing I can rebel against, and it takes effort..
