It's quicker that way, but I chose that option, also and got denied. My lawyer is appealing on the grounds that 3 key medical records were not considered in that decision. So either they'll overturn the judgement (right) or deny the appeal or grant me a new trial. Good luck & don't get in a hurry, you'll be disappointed.
