Wow. I see just how hard it is. Jobs are not plentiful at all. Employers have many applicants on file to choose from. They greatly have the upper hand, knowing they can get you to do anything and everything and for as cheap as possible because in my case, I've been out of work for a while. That within itself adds fuel to the paranoia which helps for nasty reactions to work related politics.
