I know this is not what you have been hoping to hear, but... acting . And eventually when you have more life experience, maybe writing, too. You are extremely perceptive in the sound world and you probably accumulate memories of how this or that person talked on a certain bus that you took 3 years ago in Scotland. That kind of perceptiveness, combined with memory, can make you a writer.
