I was at the start of a relapse and then this morning I re-commited to recovery... It was hard. And now I am in so much stomach pain... (Maybe from eating properly after 2 days of really restricted intake? Is that possible? Before those 2 days I was eating almost 100% of what need)
I NEED this meal! If I don't have it it will turn my week into a slide and I don't want that to happen. I'm also in so much pain... Any suggestions?
